PhD Study: Embryonic Development

We are seeking two highly motivated PhD students that are interested in incubation and embryonic development of chickens. The PhD students will have a fulltime employment at the commercial hatchery manufacturer HatchTech B.V in Veenendaal, the Netherlands.

We are looking for...

Two enthusiastic candidates with a Master's degree in Animal Sciences, Biology, Veterinary Science or a comparable scientific background. Both candidates should have a multidisciplinary interest in animal physiology and demonstrated skills to conduct research. We expect the candidates to be interested in both the fundamental and applied aspects of embryonic development of chickens. Both PhD students should have experience with animal experiments (article 9 certificate) and laboratory work.
