Firm in his believe to do things in a better way, Tjitze founded HatchTech 23 years ago. Driven by relentless innovation, under his leadership and vision the company grew from an incubation technology manufacturer to a world-class high-performance technology provider for global food producers. Winning several awards for his achievements, Tjitze has been recognized as Poultry Personality of The Year In 2018. During his day-to-day activities, Tjitze leads the management team and, based on his passion for engineering, he stays close to every innovation that HatchTech brings to market.
With over 20 years of experience in finance management roles, Rogier brings a wealth of expertise to the HatchTech Management Team. In his role, he ensures excellence performance of the finance team, as well as annual reporting, investment planning and consolidation. Prior to HatchTech, Rogier was board member of a well-know international herbs and spices company.
Joost leads the HatchTech Sales, Service and Coaching’s organization to maximize customers success and satisfaction. When joining in 2002, the company grew under his leadership to an well-established, international player in the incubation market with over 4,000 machines installed to date. Joost is also responsible for the companies’ service, coaching and marketing activities including an agent network in 30 countries. He played a major role in the project development of some of the largest, most advanced hatcheries in the world that are owned by well-known industry brands.
As a company that highly depends on operational execution, Ellen and her team works around the clock to make certain a seamless operation – from purchasing to project commissioning – is executed. With her deep insight in the companies warehousing, logistics and IT departments, as well as her know-how on process optimization, Ellen focuses on improving every detail to make sure the project Is delivered beyond expectations.
